It was not before a guy had set me a meeting at a bar that my godsister had told me everything she thought about the guys who dated online. I was told that they were not normal, not in their minds and so on, but I figured out the next question, “Why not?” Just because they date online doesn’t mean they don’t walk the streets like all people do, for example. Why can’t I go out with someone I’ve met over the Internet? I can go out with someone whose number I’ve got at a party, in the street or at a mall, can’t I? Anyway, when I started getting online, my intentions weren’t to find a date. All I wanted was to find people to chat with, that’s why I joined an Online dating service and a popular college websites. Probably the worst, and in the same time, the best thing that has ever happened to me was to fall in love with an ex-beauty queen. 1. Time is the all-important factor. One needs to put the past behind them and feel as if they have moved on to another chapter in their lives. If one person is still in love and wants the relationship to continue, time must separate the two, until that person realises that he or she is moving on in life without the other as a special, intimate companion.

2. No sex please, we are just friends. Don't even think about sex with the ex. You'll be back where the troubles all began.

3. Avoid talking with your ex about your old relationship when you are trying to be friends.

4. There may be some attraction left, at least for one of you. Maintain some discipline with each other, especially at the beginning of the friendship. Limit how much time you spend together, how long should phone calls last and what kind of questions are asked.

5. Don't talk about who you are dating now. - at least not until you are at the point where you are completely comfortable as friends.

6. Avoid the old behavioral patterns that defined your romantic relationship. No holding hands or gazing!

This is actually a serious matter for all couples, because most holidays are set aside for families only, but if the relationship is that serious than you can consider the girlfriend or boyfriend a family member. I have seen many relationships carry on for years and years and they don’t even bring them over for the Holidays. Some people are more insecure about bringing someone over for special Holidays, me on the other hand enjoy bringing someone I love over to the house so that she can meet my whole family. My whole family does this and it’s something that usually always happens every year someone gets a new girlfriend or boyfriend.

This is such a tricky topic, because many people (guys and girls to be exact) normally engage in an intimate moment every now and then, this usually sparks up some commotion of whether or not the two that are “hooking” up are more than just friends. A few things you can do to figure out whether or not you and someone are together are to discuss the facts with each other. If you and the person you are hooking up with have other qualities, then it’s definitely possible to be both mentally compatible along with physically compatible. People who go along the lines of “friends with benefits” know what I am talking about because there usually is mostly physical attraction between the two of you.

Do you have friends of the opposite sex? I consider myself quite a broad-minded person, who is open to build relationships that are not all about sex, but none of the friendships with the opposite sex survived long enough. What's the matter?

I think that any relationships that involve individuals of the opposite sex always have an air of "that thing". You cannot deny it. Like flirt is the same "light erotic turn-on" towards the object of your interest, friendship is a kind of latent sex attraction that one day will just find its way out. The only exception I see is in a situation where your friend has homosexual orientation.

In fact, we need to clear out the true reasons for choosing to spend a pastime on fitness with "improving your sex" in mind. Many women and men go in for sports thinking that it will help them have more success among the opposite sex thus increasing their chances of maintaining good sexual relationships.

Their work-out interest results from dissatisfaction with their own body shape ("too fat, too skinny-and thus less sexually attractive"). This may really have sense, but for one detail. Sex appeal has not so much to do with the pure body image but more with the way you present yourself. When you don't feel yourself as sexy, others hardly believe you are. So if you expect to have desired result - your efforts on working out should be channeled both ways- working out on your body and your mind.
